Endorsements
In its first three days of existence, mymilliondollaryear.net receieved nearly 10,000 hits, and new viewers continue to arrive. Do you have a product or service? You can get Astrid to endorse it.
There are a few ways of doing this:
- Page images.
See those pictures at the top of every page? There's 29 in total, and one or more could be yours. I'm not talking a blinking banner ad or something equally as lame. I'm talking about a picture of Astrid wearing your apparel, using your product, holding it up, whatever, and looking like she's having the time of her life while she's doing it.
Rates are as follows:
- For ads at the top of the front page - $1500 per day.
- For ads at the top of a section's index page (your choice, though I can provide statistics as to which sections are most popular) - $1000 per day.
- For ads on any other page - $500 per day.
These rates do not include a one-time setup fee of $200 (for the time required to get your product and produce a photo - this fee will only be charged once). Compared to advertising rates in magazines, this is a hell of a good deal.
- Product reviews.
For a flat $1000 and a free sample, I will try whatever you're selling and write a review of it on this site. The review will be linked from the front page, and will be viewable for the duration of the site's existence.
